Sipp Culture, Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center, and Community Advisory Group officially launched HOMEGROWN UTICA to celebrate the rich legacy of rural self-determination and artistic voice in the Utica community.
The Rural Performance / Production Lab (RPPL) is a creative production process and residency program which supports the development of new art rooted in rural living, history, places, and bodies. RPPL artists receive either direct funding or an on-site residency. Awards range from $2500 – $15,000.
