Celebrating Noah White

Noah White Farm Manager
Thank you collage for Noah White

On behalf of the team at Sipp Culture, I would like to publicly say thank you to Noah White, our outgoing Farm Manager at the Sipp Culture Community Farm. Noah came to Utica from Stone Mountain, Georgia to fill a leadership gap on our farm team.

I vividly remember how impressed I was with Noah when we interviewed him via Zoom. He was poised, polite, confident, and eager to support Sipp Culture in providing quality fresh food to our community. When he showed up in person a couple of weeks later to see the farm and engage in the day-to-day operations, I was even more impressed with his energy and spirit.

I knew when we hired him, that we were getting more than the individual, we were getting a community. This notion was cemented when his family arrived with him on his move from Georgia to Mississippi. There was a beauty in the way they cared for his well-being and made sure that they had a context and relationship for the place their son was about to land. We soon  became friends and part of the extended family.

We also knew when we hired him, he had goals of owning and stewarding his own land.

In true Noah fashion, his belief and practice in the power of manifestation, his goal is now an accomplishment. Noah will be heading back to Georgia this spring to manage his own land and farming operations. We are really proud and excited for his next journey and also sad that he is leaving so soon.

Noah, we wish you the very best as you take this next step in your journey towards your land stewardship goals. We want you to know that you will always be part of the Sipp Culture family. We hope to see you back in Mississippi to visit whenever you can, and you better believe we will be coming to your farm soon!
