Sipp Culture Community Farm launched ElderShare in summer 2021 to support our senior community, addressing the lack of access to fresh, local produce following the closure of our local grocery store.

ElderShare provides weekly deliveries of fresh produce to Utica residents aged 60 and over. Kemsha Hamilton, our CSA Administrator, works closely with the farm team to manage the distribution. Last week, The Farm Team harvested 120 pounds of fresh mustard and collard greens for this program, serving approximately 15 community members.

If you or someone you know in the Utica community is 60 or older and interested in ElderShare, please visit our Administrative Office on White Oak Street, Utica, MS, to learn more and sign up.
