In the last few weeks, the Rural Routes Design Lab + Studio has gone from vision to action. We officially welcomed our inaugural cohort of artists whose projects are deeply rooted in rural Mississippi.
Recently, the Rural Routes Design Lab + Studio hosted a Universal Workshop that serves as an entry point to the lab. Building on this energy, we’re launching the Rural Routes Radio series on YouTube!
The Rural Routes Design Lab is a new program of the Mississippi Center for Cultural Production (Sipp Culture) that fosters a model of partnership where artists, creators, and cultural organizers learn from and with Sipp Culture and their peers from across Central Mississippi.
